These remnants started life decades ago as pieces of clothing, accessories, and home goods formed by skilled hands and creative minds.

Reimagined through my eyes and assembled by my hands, this curated selection of detritus has been momentarily transformed into a series of transient artworks — four evocative tableaux of miscellanea related to an idiosyncratic cosmology.

Now, these pieces of the past are offered to you, where they will continue their journey. Through your perspective and participation, they will be reorganized, reenergized, and possibly reshaped into something never before seen.

From their voice to my voice to yours…

Suggestion: Pin resonating elements on a corkboard as inspiration for a product line. Play with assembling as a studio practice, or translate their collective ethos into a story. Use as materials for talismanic objects, art collage, peculiar figurines, prop items for photography. The aesthetic of this collection is associated with the #7 creative phase and card, as detailed in the Organon 9 Worlds Card Deck.

Details — A range of pieces collected over forty years of gathering. Most are antique; all are vintage — some may have extensive signs of use (to me, this is a good thing). Your package will contain everything you see.

This collection includes silk fabric, distressed cotton, brocade, velvet (difficult to part with!), embroidery, glass beads, silk and satin ribbon pieces, beadwork, charms, passementerie, glass leaves, and beaded flowers. Horn, glass, shell, nut buttons.
